Dili, 11 October 2025 - University of Peace (UNPAZ) together with NGO La’o Hamutuk, to organize National Seminar “Impact Analysis of the Execution of the General State Budget (OJE) 2025 and the Proposal of the General State Budget (OJE) 2026, at José Kashmiru Hall. In this National Seminar, two important speakers from, the Magnificent Rector of UNPAZ, Dr. Adolmando Soares Amaral, Lic. Eco., MM. with the theme “Impact Analysis of the 2025 Budget, and Elia da Costa, NGO La’o Hamutuk “Analysis of the 2026 Budget Proposal, Moderated by, Agostinho de Jesus Madeira, Lic.,Dir. Meanwhile, the seminar was attended by lecturers from UNPAZ, employees, team from NGO La'o Hamutuk, including students of the University of Peace.
