FACULTY OF ECONOMICS CONDUCTED MINI-WORKSHOP TO PREPARE FOR THE ANNUAL WORKSHOP.

Dili, 25 September 2025 - University of Peace (UNPAZ), through the Faculty of Economics, held a mini-workshop to prepare for the annual workshop that will take place in early October 2025, in the classroom of Prof. Dr. Lucas da Costa. Magnificent Rector of the University of Peace Dr. Adolmando Soares Amaral Lic.Eco., M.M, as well as a lecturer in the Faculty of Economics said, the structure of the Faculty of Economics needs to complement each other to take the Faculty forward, today the faculty has become large and known everywhere because of the hard work of all parties, starting from the structure that comes with the faculty and wants to bring it to the faculty better, until the moment the faculty of economics comes with accredited value that is not easy. The magnificent also asked the junior lecturers to show good attitude to each other among lecturers, especially to senior lecturers, because when a person chooses the path to become a lecturer must have the intention to write books or scientific articles after publication. In the same place, Dean of the Faculty of Economics Dr. Caetano Carceres correia Lic.Eko, M.Ak said, the mini-workshop aims to prepare plans and activities of the Faculty of Economics, starting from the Dean of the Faculty, Vice-Dean, Head of Department and to all parties involved, because the Faculty has a lot of recommendations from experts especially the evaluation team (ANAA) of higher education. The Dean also asked the lecturers especially the structure of the Faculty of Economics need to participate in the mini-workshop to put together ideas to contribute to improve the recommendations that are prepared when facing the upcoming annual plan workshop. Meanwhile, the Magnificent Rector, Senate Structure of the Faculty of Economics, Lecturers including Employees of the Faculty of Economics participated in the mini-workshop.
