Abstract
This article is taken from the assignment of Comparative Constitutional Law course which compares the authority of the President of the Republic Timor-Leste and France in the Semi- presidential System.
This writing uses the Comparative Constitutional Law approach with an analytical approach to the Constitution of both countries.
Hopefully this writing can help contribute to legal science and especially in the Field of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Postgraduate Program of the Universidade da Paz - UNPAZ.
