ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMEPENGARUHI PRILAKU KARYAWAN

Abstract

 This article studies with the aim of what factors influence employee behavior in the organization, in achieving organizational goals. The results of each existing research, it can be stated that there are 26 factors, which influence employee behavior including: Rewards and Payments, Cross-Functional Cooperation , Corporate Innovation Strategy, Working Conditions in the Work Environment, Leadership Treatment, Work Productivity, Employee Performance, Employee Welfare, Organizational Values, Culture, Status, Employee Confidence, Developing Quality Relationships with Managers or Superiors, Information System Awareness, Employee Relations, Accountability, Self-Control, Inclusive Leadership, Psychological Factors Including Safety and Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Psychological Capital at the Individual Level, Atmosphere of Organizational Innovation, Leadership, Social Capital, Work Characteristics at the Organizational Level. While the influence variable indirectly consists of two factors, namely; education and training by using mediator variables namely Information System Awareness, Employee Relations, and Employee Accountability, while environmental friendly variables through mediation with Perceptual Variables to influence employee behavior.
