    \u00a0The <\/span>Vise Reit\u00f3r ba Asuntu Internu no Esternu<\/strong> (VRAA) of the <\/span>Universidade da Paz (UNPAZ)<\/strong> oversees the strategic development and quality assurance of all academic programs, ensuring that the university delivers excellence in teaching, learning, and research. The VRAA provides leadership in curriculum development, academic policy formulation, and faculty advancement, while promoting innovation and continuous improvement across all academic units.<\/span><\/p>The office of the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs works closely with faculties, departments, and administrative units to strengthen academic integrity, enhance student learning experiences, and uphold the university\u2019s mission of peace, knowledge, and national development.
    Core Responsibilities<\/strong>
    Oversee academic planning, implementation, and evaluation of all study programs.
    Ensure alignment of curricula with national and international academic standards.
    Promote research, teaching excellence, and academic innovation.
    Supervise the quality assurance process across all academic units.

    Academic Units under the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs<\/strong>
    1. UA-AAAE (Academic Affairs and Academic Excellence Unit)<\/strong>
    The UA-AAAE<\/strong> is responsible for coordinating academic program management and fostering excellence in teaching and learning. It supports curriculum design, accreditation processes, academic staff development, and the continuous enhancement of pedagogical quality.

    2. IQA (Internal Quality Assurance)<\/strong>
